just hold the flapper door closed tight with a clamp and put some tack welds on the shaft. looks purty

i just don't trust a simply tack weld to hold the flapper door tight enough for my liking

not just a tack, you could throw a solid bead down on the end of the actuator where it comes out of the housing

Well, I cut off my Corksport Downpipe today I think im going to make some passes open DP @ the dragstrip jsut to see what top end increase i can get.

smoke, I've done both. its only going to get more & more cut up as time passes, im going to shorten it some i think. since it was designed on an auto pan its never fit mine right, (its not a big issue tho as i trimmed up my pan, but i may just leave it.

I need to currently figure out which pipe to buy for building into the CS DP
