Found a list of Aluminized Steel Mandrel bends, of all different sizes, bends, with part #s. Definitely a helpful list, and Most NAPA stores can get them for you in a day if not in stock.

so these are the pieces i would use to make a custom turbo mani im trying to boost my car but need a custom mani i got the flanges just need the piping.

In my experience, NAPA always has a few straight pieces in stock but never have any mandrel bends. If you're going to buy straights for a small fabrication project, what they have in stock will probably be fine. They're the 3' lengths with the flared ends so they insert into each other. If you're going with an entire system build, I'd order a 10' length of raw stock. It's WAY cheaper.

Of course I'm just talking about 1 store in Vancouver WA.

Unfortunately no, the gauge is not listed.

If you go to www.Napaonline.com and type the part # into the search @ the top right, you can get the prices, most are in the $20 range.

I dont think these would be suitable for making a manifold, aside from the 90* 1.5" pipes (#41231) maybe. you could buy a few and cut them precisely to get the bends/shapes you need.
