Catch can filling way too fast

So I've been running into a problem I couldn't figure out the last few weeks. Oil catch can started filling within a few miles. WTF, that could be a sign of something bad, so I started simple and changed the PCV valve, still happened. Checked compression to see if it was leaking up past the valves, nope. What could it be......?

Well I figured it out. When I took apart the baffles on the valve cover so it could be powdercoated I broke their original seal and bowed out the thin metal. When reinstalled I never put a bead of rtv back on. Well when I opened the VC and checked the last baffel before the outlet nipple one screw was almost all the way backed out(thank god it never did fall out). And so that's why the oil was spraying right down the tube and filling up fast.

Hopefully this info can help people in the future, I never woulda thought of it till someone suggested I look at the baffles.

funny enough I was going to say the baffles! I was just inspecting my spare ford vc the other night and noticed how weird of a tray design it had on the underside. Glad you figured out the problem though! That could have led to something bad lol
