I'm thinking you can tighten the VAF a little if using the stock ECU and still watch the AFRs. You're likely tripping the stock boost cut which on a VJ20 turbo should be around 15psi.

Let me know what/when you need in terms of ECU control.

I guess he has the BP26 ECU, the other thing I thought could be the problem is that he is way too lean.

When I had the T3/T4 with stock injectors car would not go over 4000 rpms, installed the 550cc and its a different story, but I think he refers with the BP 26 ecu.

I remember there being a 'Pin M' on an ECU that if removed, bypassed the 5000rpm cut at one point. Been a LONG time since I played with that. Could be an issue, unless you've been able to go over 5k in the past with the same setup.

          Congrats on the podium finish!!

How hard do the A6's get beat up on a full track like that?

You know we were OK at Cal Speedway in the summer on a 3 mile course and the car was under constant boost down the front straight through Nascar 1 & 2 (like probably a mile of full throttle)...it just started to cut out at the last 2 events which we're 20-40 degrees cooler outside---maybe a coincidence, maybe not. Thanks for the tip on the "pin m", I'll look into it.

The A6's seem like they're pretty good for about 6-9 cycles without dropping off much (1-1 1/2 seconds)...That's about a weekend for us, or about one endurance event. The owner/driver is not using all of the available grip just yet---but he's getting much better/more consistent.

What do you mean a 'Pin M'? But if I understand you correctly, you say you can bypass the fuel cutout? What ECU would it apply to? The stock one for an EGT? Also, is there anyway to bypass the rev limiter? I'm always hitting it on straights, and if I shift, I get passed, as I have to downshift right away.
