Gates Racing Timing Belt

the power doesnt matter, 100whp or 400whp it still takes the same amount of torque to spin the cams... and thats all the timing belt does.

HOWEVER a stronger belt is going to stretch less with changes in rpm/temp/etc keeping your cam timing (and therefore ignition timing) more accurate.

my main problem is the wastegate pipe is really close the the idler pulley so its putting a lot of extra heat into the belt. it hasnt really stretched noticably since i re tensioned it

2) I have one on both cars, I don't know if they're worth the extra money but I like blue things and am willing to spend a little extra for the piece of mind.
