any pictures of the ac line.... did you end up just not using the soft line mount to the lower crossmember?
I actually did use that soft line mount. I should have taken it off and modified it to hold the line closer to the radiator, but it works as it is. It was in the way when installing the flange/pipe, so I removed the bolt and pushed it around as needed, then reinstalled it when I was done.

Kitty, I don't know the wieght of the RX-7 jack but it's light since it's aluminum. The sizing is a bit different than a standard BF, BG, or NA jack, so it won't mount right in. I put one in my Protege since my jack hole is taken up with a road tool kit.

I'll add bracket(s) to the top of the intercooler. It seems really solid, and I was trying to get things wrapped up as I had been working on the thing for so many hours. lol

Nope, and I still don't have the 2" coupler and T bolt clamps that were supposed to come with the kit. Supposedly they were sent out early last week or late the week before. It's all because the pipe hits the lower radiator mount, and the lower radiator outlet, so it is at a bizzare angle. Oh well, it works for now.

The couplings have been sent out today. Sorry about the delays.

The whole problem with the pipe hitting the radiator bracket is because the intercooler is too far away from the core support. The intercooler needs to rest on that lip of the core support. You will probably need to change your cooling fan on your A/C condensior for extra room or tilt the intercooler to make it fit. And why is your pipe angled so weird?
And the tow hooks should be removed for extra clearance they suck anyways for lowered modified cars.

And why is your pipe so crooked?

The pipe is crooked because of that lower radiator mount, it forces that side of the pipe down, which mis-aligns the pipe where it meets the turbo. It's the best it can be unless I trim the mount, which I don't know if I'll do or not. Even if I modified it, the pipe would only have a tad more clearance before hitting the lower radiator hose/outlet.

Looking at it, if I didn't have the A/C components, that pipe aswell as the pipe on the other side would be too far into the car to fit properly. It fits great other than that 2" pipe.

Looking at your pictures your intercooler is too far away from the core support which is causing the radiator bracket to hit the pipe. I havent had any issues on the customers cars that Ive done the install on. I only trimmed the bracket for extra clearance it wasnt rubbing before I trimmed it and the radiator hose barely rubs on the charge pipe. It looks like your intercooler should be moved back 1 inch.

A/C fan and the can thing are in the way. The kit was advertised to work with A/C, which it does, just not as good of a fit. I'm not going to complain much about it...the Volvo coupler is pretty weak so I'm waiting for the correct coupler hoping that it doesn't end up deformed like that...worse case senario I could cut the pipe on the straight part to realign it...adds a coupler and 2 clamps but on a straight section it's no biggie.

That bumper requires trimming for any fmic that you use. If you do it right you can keep the girll pieces.
