^ You'd have a nice new Mazdaspeed Protege if you did that.

you will have the BP ,, with the turbo and all that good stuff... hehe..
A stock MSP would be an easy kill.
A fair match would be a EQUALLY MODDED MSP..

I would like to see that. a mod for mod race..

Hmmm, equally modded... I'd think the MSP would get a jump off the line with the LSD, but after that who knows?

I don't think I'd race any car with any car for $500, it's supposed to be fun, isn't it? Plus I'm broke

yeah too much **** can happen, you might by freak accident miss second in all your excitement, then the slower car wins, and your out 500 bucks.

How is a VJ-20 turbo'd BP not equally modded to the MSP? Both are stock turbos... just one came off another car!

I meant with them both having the same amount of boost. So that it's a fun even race..

I'd race a pedestrian for $500... with me in the car... and with free reign to run over him.

but otherwise.. money just makes the ordeal ugly.

                nice kill, though..

sadly true. I'm saving for forged internals and engine management. by the time I have the $$$ to do it the warrany will be expired, so all will be good. properly tuned I want to push 15 off the factory turbo @ the strip and about 8-9 @ auto-x but this is all a couple years away unless I find a $$$ tree.
