Try taking out any unnecessary weight like spare tire, back seat, stereo anything you can think of to lower the weight of the car will help. I dropped over a tenth with my old 323 with just that.

with mt 323 full interior, full size spare, a jack, and a tool bag an box i ran a 14.2 @100

took out the backseat, spare, jack, tools an i ran a 13.8@101

both runs on street tires an 91 octain
weight makes a difference and its only out of the car when i go to the track other then that i have full interior on the streets for comfort
