    Jeff's RallyX Protege

Well we bought the Protege 4WD with one purpose, RallyX events. Its being used to its fullest as myself and Jason(Jay92gt), have now done 3 events in the car and its still running perfect even with 206,000 miles.

    Stafford Springs results

entered the car in AWD Modified
Day 1: 22 cars entered, myself got 16th, jason 18th

    Day2: 16 cars entered, jason 10th, myself 11th

    New England Dragway results

14 cars entered, this time we ran in AWD Prepared. Every other car in the class was a subaru sti or wrx, so we cant feel to bad since we have no boost and we were in a car 15 years older then the next oldest. Jason pulled a 5th i got 10th

Fastest total time of all 7 runs in class was 361.268
    jasons total of day 383.317
    my total of day 401.44

"There's a hierarchy of insanity in motor sports. Normal people think all racers are crazy. Folks who race sedans think people in open-wheel cars are nuts. People who race cars of any kind think motorcycle racers are absolutely off theirs meds. But there's one group that everyone agrees is made up of the most extreme, the most daring, and absolutely craziest people in racing - rally racers."
