down hill? When did this happen? I know we are no honda forum with 10k members, but the fact that we have more than 3k is impressive IMO, considering we are all about a car that has virtually no aftermarket in comparison to other models/manufacturers.

Stating facts and asking questions is what is expected.

This is month #3 of RotM an the 3rd time we've heard the same ****. If the fact is 95% here are 1st gens, so be it. And if you really don't care, why has it been brought up each time.

This was never meant as a competition or contest. It's more for you, the members to show your appreciation and respect for your fellow members in aknowledging their hard efforts.

The idea behind having the RotM crew was not to take it away from the members, but to have a consistant choosing each month and a team to gather all the info, do all the write ups etc. It's most certainly not to say, we are the ****, you suck, what we say goes, **** you. If you think thats it, then your just not thinking.

If you want to innitiate change, then be constructive about it. Start a thread with a poll and see how many ppl respond and what they think. PM mods, admins, talk to them, PM the RotM crew and discuss it. Complaining and not taking action from your opinions or stated facts is no solution.

i dun think it should be a mod thing, thats kinda lame, it should be a public vote, makes it more fun, and interactive for the forum, but you guys are the allmighty leaders, and i suppose your voice means more.

i did not post because i lost, i posted to prove a point, you must have some idea in your head that im all bent out of shape that i lost, i posted a comment, and everyone thought i was upset i lost, like i said i could care less, my argument was that a nicely done mp3 turbo, lost to a 12 year old box, im not saying darryl does not have a nice car, im saying the judging seems a bit jaded, and biased, which it is, interperate that how you want, i made a suggestion that i thought was resionable, and everyone gets all defensive because i dont treat mods like greek gods.

Like I've stated numerous times, it was Darryl's BIO that he submitted that made me vote for his car. It wasn't his 12 year old box. Kinda like college essays... How did I get into a good college with a 3.1GPA, lol, I don't know!

I never got bent that you made the initial suggestion, i take critisism just fine.
