Nothing really turned out the way anyone expected it to but it was a great day none the less. My tensioner bunked & snapped my timing belt 4 miles from the meet. I had my car towed to the dealership across the street from the meet where it is still sitting right now. I met up & spent the day with Chris & Shawn. That was a blast. The meet was full of good people, family if you will. Ryan picked me up @ a McDonald's about two hours after the meet was over & we went to the after party @ Jillian's downtown. We then headed back to Fort Wayne where I ran his car out of gas within 10 miles of our exit.... I'm a jackass?
Ryan & Brie hung out @ my place for about an hour before making the trip back to Wisconsin. That's a lot of driving but I appreciate the ride Ryan!
To make a long story short it was an adventure & a blast during which I met a lot of cool new faces, made an ass out of myself & blew waay too much money without a thing to show for it. Why can't every weekend be like that?
It was a good time. For a 1st try show it was a good showout. I took pics but haven't been on to dl them yet. Sorry to hear about andys car breaking and ryan's slackin ass(lol) not showing up until I was back in the nati.
2 of cp's ppl won awards. Deansweetp5 won best in class protege and bomdoutscort(shawn) won "most in need of a detail" That was just wrong but I bet he could spank a bunch of them in a race so power>cleanliness

For as dirty as Shawns car really is on the inside and out its really stinking fast. Both him and Chris could leave me in the dust if/when they wanted to...
Ironic part was when he pulled out his tire shine and cleaned up my tires?! e

woke up a few hours late. finished some small issues with alex's car & left as soon as i could. a huge part was me waking up @ nearly 11 VS 7-8ish. that happens when you have virtually no sleep tho. Sorry guys. i wish we could have made it sooner
if it makes you feel better... I got home from the ER around 2am Saturday morning?! Didn't sleep worth a crap and finally got out of bed around 645a? I was looking forward to meeting you but was feeling like donkey dinkies around 3pm so left as soon after the awards were given out for the painfully long drive home. Stupid ankle...
