This is my 1990 1st gen Protege. My dad bought it new off the lot no ac, after I moved to college I was given the car. Used to run 15.7 at firebird raceway in Pheonix. anyway the car has 487k miles on it. yes this is true. The second motor blew at 480k on it. since then I have completly gone through the entire car

This car has been in my life since I was 12 years old I am very proud of it, I call it my modern day rat rod. Future mods may include 550cc injectors stand alone fuel injection and possibly a gtx awd drivetrain. Here are some pics tell me what you think... By the way yes original trans still..
