sup guys. The name's Rigo. I'm from L.A. I'm a first time protege owner 94' saloon. It's a 5 speed with the SOHC B8. Where do you guys recommend I try to get myself a BPT or BP from?

I would get a Junk yard engine. You can get a BP out of a escort GT, Protege LX (90-94), and Protege ES (95-97). If you can get a hold of a Kia Sephia 95-97 manual tranny, get it! They are supposed to have a stronger case plus the axel goes from a 26 spline (escort, protege tranny) to a 28 spline. Use the search button if you have more specific questions. Welcome to Club Protege!
