    Hello from the Philippines

    Hi guys,

I've been a lurker here for quite some time and I've finally decided to introduce myself.

I ride a 1995 Mazda 323 BG. In the Philippines, there were still BG chassis sold until 1997. It's still pretty much in standard trim, manual everything. No fancy paint job yet, imy car has been screaming for one since I got hit by a pickup a few months back.

The only thing that's not stock is the engine. Instead of the usual Mazda 1.3 engine, what's under the hood is a JDM, 1.5LI DOHC (B5) fitted with twin side carbs.

A few months back, I got hold of a US version garnish. That's when I decided not to follow the usual JDM exterior (the route every one takes here) and go for a US version to be abit different. Just a week ago, I chanced upon some US tail lights to match my garnish. I hope you guys can point me to info regarding US standard trims..

here are some pics of my car...

    cheers!

            Thanks for the warm welcome.

JDM parts are quite easy to come by in this part of the world.. but USdm parts are really quite rare here..

Once I sort out a godo way to ship items from here no problem! The local post office here sucks and probably the most reliable courier here is FedEx.

Tell me what you need and I'll see if I can find some in local surplus shops here.
