    new guy

hey ppls. I am new here and got '91 protege. It has the BP engine with 1.8L DOHC that almost has 200,000 miles on it. I thought about switching it out for the BP-T engine but the engine I have runs so good I kinda don't want to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

    thanks

      Welcome.
run that motor and collect all other parts you need. when the motor does go out you will be ready to rebuild it and swap it in.
Anyone knows what 9K rpm feels like? I do
