I gotta 93 protege bout two weeks ago and i love it! Wanna throw in mx3 interior, drop it on coilovers, nd buy a pacesetter catback for it. Any other ideas? Perferably for performance? Just droped hondas for my new baby

anyways, mx3 interior is sexy, that's a definite go!
coilovers help a lot, what are you thinkin? sleeve kit or full coilover setup? sleeve kits from Ground Control are like $400, and the Ksports are around 1K lol.
If you want better handling too, replace your swaybar bushings with Energy Suspension bushings, it'll keep it tight!
Pacesetter catbacks are garbage fyi, raspy and thin mild steel that rots, check this out! fit's and it's all mandrel bent, just supply your own muffler and resonator at an exhaust shop and then you're set!

I planned on a set of ebay dropzone coilovers. Just to get lowered and a lil better handling at a cheap price. Im on a kinda tight budget lol. But that sucks bout the pacesetter it was a good deal no wonder they were so cheap. Any ideas on where to hunt for mx3 interior? Ive checked two junkyards and nothing also i really want familia taillights, thatd be raw as hell soo if anyone knows any good websites for these things it would be greatly appreciated.

you can post a want to buy add in the proper section for the Familia rear garnish and for the mx-3 seats, maybe someone near you knows of something.
Dropzones are pretty stiff, just an fyi, around 450lbs in the front, and 350lbs in the rear as compared to the stock @ 160/90, so it'll ride pretty rough lol.
I'd just get the true bendz tubing kit and add your components to it, it's a good kit, I plan on getting one shortly as well.-Jack

Alright i will do that. Do u have any ideas on any low priced but good springs then? Or should i just save my money for a good set? Also what muffler would u suggest for a good strong sound? Im the only guy around here with a bg so im sure im gonna be askin many many questions here regularly lol

yea, I understand that one lol, not too many people in the area I'm in as well.
A good inexpensive lowering spring is from Megan racing, they're 300/250 spring rates and lower the front just a hair more than the rear, so it has a nice aggressive stance, it's around a 2" drop, you can find them on Ebay.
Muffler? I always go Mangnaflow chambered mufflers, but any chambered muffler should keep noise to a respectable level lol.-Jack

Do they even have the full ksport coilover kit for a 93 protege sedan? Or do you have to get the ones from the 323 hatch or from the 95-98 protege sedan?90 Mazda 323 Hatch: BP turbo swap coming soon w/ awd conversion.
