Hey Guys,
As the former owner of a BH Protege and an NB Miata that I miss terribly, I was thrilled to suddenly need a family car when we adopted our son–the Fiat 500 Abarth was a little too small, you see.
We bought the P5, (2003, black, 5spd, 120k) from a nuclear engineer who took good mechanical care of it, but used it as his gardening truck. I spent weeks vacuuming acorns out from underneath the carpet and replaced many scratched and damaged interior bits. It also had 4 bent wheels.
My goal for the car now is to make it both extra useful and fun to drive while not taking anything on that knocks it out of commission for more than an afternoon.
Mods so far: Yakima roof rack, Enkei 16' wheels, 25% tint, Continental Extreme Contact tires, custom intake, twm short shifter.
Mods wishlisted: Racing beat MSP springs, tow hitch, racing beat catback exhaust...suggestions?
