Thanks for the welcome, I've got a 2001 Mazda Protege ES, that is an MP3 clone. Front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, PCM swap soon to be performing a VTCS delete and header install.Comment

On the Mazdas247 forum there is a guy who re-flashed Protege pcms with MP3 or MSP software. Costs about 100$ plus shipping they have an advanced timing curve, mo VTCS control (no check engine light or idle issue when performing a VTCS delete. And becuase the MP3 was a LEV (low emmisions vehicle, father than a standard Protege which is a (ULEV) ultra low emissions vehicle. It also won set a check engine light with a header.
