I"m just here to lurk and learn. Currently working on a '91 Mercury Capri with the B6D engine and a bad auto trans. I have Frankensteined more than one of my cars and I'm trying to find a good alternative to the auto trans while increasing my car knowledge.

There is a Capri XR2 came with a B6T. Turbo motor. People have been known to swap in a BP or BP Turbo and G series Trans. Or AWD GTX/GTR it. 39251204036_original.jpg

Yeah, I'm trying to learn about the different interchanges so I can get my Capri back on the road. I doubt I'll ever get to the level of mod like Rocketman though.
