Hello all. Tiyani here. I'm in industrial designer with a 2002 323 BF 1.3l Sedan. Yes production continued up till 2002 in SA.
Being a designer I've opted to mid my car in a way that true to answer: What would a modern concept car version of the 323 BF look like it Mazda made one today? So when you see an unusual mod, you'll know why. I'm still far from done though
But yes this is my baby and this is what I've done so far:
17x8 +32 offset Evo Tunning T669 wheels, 3mm spacers at the rear
205/40/R17 TiMax EcoSport 58 tires
Castor air suspension (the first sedan in SA on bags)
2.0l rear disc brake conversion
Full LED lights front and back, currently running Jeep 7 inch headlights (won't be the final lights)
Used to have fiberglass side skirts, recently destroyed so I got rid of them (need new ones)
VW Golf 3 lips up front and back as spats
VW Golf 1 wheel arches
Installed the 1.6l gauge cluster with tachometer and changed to white dials (looking to go digital)
Wireless steering controls for my radio
Android double din radio (mounted above the climate vents)
Simple sound system, 1 amp, 1 sub, 4 speakers
1.6l centre console
Electric windows
BMW E60 5 Series electronic front seats
Mini fridge (holds 6 cans)
BMW E46 trunk spoiler
Reverse camera (hidden in plain sight)
Rear parking sensors
The only engine mod is a cheap cone filter just for looks, I plan on swapping out this B3 motor
