question did you use the bf speedo gear in your gearbox
i was going to but the lantis speedo gear is shorter to bf one and the plastic gears are at different heights?
so don't really know if i should use it or not

      etude ftw!

Nope I used a bg gear. I think they are the same as a bf anyway. They are taller than what's supposed to be in there but they still slide in and work. You just cant bolt it down in the transmission with that little 10mm bolt.

I don't know if you thought I meant I'm using milli heads. I mean I am getting my ZE heads milled down to raise the compression of the motor.

plans sound solid man, just be careful when getting the heads machined since it is a V6 engine and removing material from the head will alter the cam timing...there's info about this on mx6.com i believe.

because the lifter buckets are a different size than a ZE..

id have to get G4 heads and port them to ZE specs to do that

so ive been researching for the past few hours, and i really feel like i want to start gathering parts to boost after this rebuild. ive already decided im going to megasquirt the ZE after its back in the car.

what do you guys think? i like the all motor feel, but who doesnt like a nicely tuned boosted setup?
