yup. DE is a oval port compared to you square runners. the millenia curved neck is a square runner though. so that really is the manifold to run for your type of application. i saw just saying a DE would at least clear your master cylinder. but you would be losing some power.

Thanks, i'll look for a millenia manifold then since i don't want to lose any power lol
So i did a little bit on the car again tonight, i notice the front valve cover has a crack in it so i took it off and i'll try to tig weld it tomorrow at work, if not i'll just use the Ford valve cover, but i'd rather have it say Mazda
And this is where i want to move the alternator to, it looks like it'll be a tight fit but i think it'll work
And this is to show that i'll have plenty of room between the axle and exhaust, and yes i still need to make a bracket to bolt the intermediate shaft to the block

So i got the shift linkage modified tonight so it now bolts up and the shifter feels good inside the car
I won't get the engine/trans into work tomorrow to make the brackets for the int. shaft and alt. so i'll be shooting for thursday

I decided not to re-locate the alternator to keep things simple(r) so i just made up the intermediate shaft bracket tonight
And a quick coat of paint
