    thats the reason i spend the money on new parts. it always finds a way to bite you in the ass in the end. good luck dude. hope the motor is ok and you caught it in time before any real damage was done

        Well my buddy at work told me today that he's once had the same thing happen but with a new pump, he let it sit for months with no fluid and the seal dried up and starting leaking, chances are this is what's happened with mine

        Either way tomorrow I should have a new pump in my hands and hopefully tomorrow night it'll be back up and running... Again lol

          Sucks about the water pump. Stupid problems like that really annoy me. Lol

              Nope I should be able to do it in the car lol went I changed the timing belt and had to put in a heli coil I did it all in the car, the reason I pulled the engine last time was to change the clutch lol

              But I got my new pump today

                          wow its possible to change the waterpump in your car
                          thats great to know as some thing is up with my cooling at the moment and might have a blown headgasket too

                            Ya I was actually surprised how well it went, other then a bit of fighting to get the timing covers off it went really smooth

                                Lol well yesterday I put probably 7-800 kms on it and the trip was trouble free so hopefully it stays that way for a while lol
