Very nice project. I've had to mod my radiator lower return the same as you have there.
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.
Very impressive. I think the purple wheels match the rest of the car. I also think you should lightly tint the turn signals in the front bumper, that orange sticks out in a bit of a negative way imo.
What brand did you use? That one is leaking really after about a year of use and I need to get another.
I used to have all of the lights tinted but Im trying a different look. They might get tinted evertually but im more worried about getting the stupid pos to run now.

Why not have purple wheels? I had the paint so I said why not. It looks better in person the camera seems to make them look bluer than they are.
Had to grind down the struts to clear the wheel weights.
Got the taillights in.

Friday on the way home from work it decided to only go into 3rd and 4th. Then it wouldnt go into any. So I had to pull it all apart again. The bolt came out of the shift rod and it jammed in gear.
Loctited it and put the trans back together. Might have the motor back in tomorrow depends on how much wiring I decide to add in.

Thanks it awesome when its running. It's running like crap and has low compression numbers. The leak down test is showing 20% on 1,3, and 4. 2 is at 70% and I can hear the air in the exhaust. I pulled the head and there's nothing obviously wrong with the valves.

you know what, when i first saw the rims i couldn't think of anything to say lol, but i'm starting to like them more and more...the car has a pastel color going on and it seems to flow.
Car sounds nice in the vid tho, super smooth! sucks about the piston rings tho...
It really grows on you the more you look at it and in person it looks alot better.
I have 3 spare long blocks laying around so I might have it running again in a week or so.

Ported the wastegate so I can run less than 22psi.
One of the exhaust valves isn't sealing on #2. I tried to reseat it but it wouldnt seal so I tried another valve but It doesn't want seal too. Also when I was taking the valve out I gouged up the lifter bore so I think the lifter is sticking. I have another head sitting here that I started polishing the exhaust ports on. The plan right now is to finish that head and put oversized valves in. I need to come up with some money first though.

Still messing with it. Ive been working alot of side jobs so I havent had that much free time to work on it. Made some money though. Also I figured while I had it apart again id hook up a bunch of extras to the ecu. Well thats turned into a giant clusterf***. Might be able to try to start it this weekend and see if the heads still messed up.
