Dude! I know the distance is nuts, but Im going to be parting out my second GT. Its all original too, but its such a clean shell. Almost no dents and the paint is cleanable to a pretty clean condition. Sadly, Im out of time and space for it among my other 3 projects. If you need a clean GT door, let me know. It's pretty much yours for dirt cheap plus shipping if I cant find a buyer for the shell.

Edit, shell is white (not the GT in my Avator) and has been a NW car, meaning no rust.

If you have any interest in getting rid of the original steering wheel, i'd be interested in it if its in better shape then the one i already have

Today I got the doors stripped down as as far as I need, took the valve cover off, and started on the removing the blown rear speakers. Its looking less and less like ill be able to repair the lf door. The entire bottom half has holes drilled into it from where they used a dent puller on it. The previous owner told me he had rear ended someone and that the front end had been repaired but didn't mention anything about this. I took pictures but I cant get them to upload right now.

Ill keep that in mind. The iirc the junkyard here has 2 bf sedans in it. I just cant remember what shape the doors were in.

The door does not "seem" bad at all.

No $ for that and they should only need a skim coat.


Paid 2k for it. The bottom of the door is wrinkled pretty bad and the rust is through the door. Itd be to much work to straighten it out.

Well ive got it ready to paint except I still dont have a door. Just havent had time off to go to the junkyard. I slacked on pics again ill try to take some this week.
