wow, really going at this with a mission, aren't you? That engine bay is going to be clean as hell once those welds are ground down and painted

I thought the first pictures where from the restored work.
Insane, you are just starting... That model 1985 Mazda is a beauty, super pristine.
The engine itself is spanking brand new. I wish my car looked half as good as yours. Must say it is a plus to post high resolution images.
In Puerto Rico you could not even drive a car in that condition. Would get stolen on the first red light.

I can see why you welded in all the holes, they're quite obvious on your white car...should look AWESOME after you paint your current one...I remember I tried shaving a bay in an old 323...got about 1/2 done and threw in the towel haha...mind you that was 5yrs ago...hmm...-Jack
