Build of my 88' Mazda 323 GT!!!!!!!

I figure I'll do a log of my build up althought it not completely finished, so here is what I started with. Back during my last deployment in June 2012 I purchase a 88' 323 GT for $700 dollars from a friend running but with blown rings. With me being a Nissan guy I really didn't know much about these cars, I ended up doing lots of research on these cars and the B6T motor and since the car was completely intact and SUPER F'ING RARE.......This was only right

Motor work:
Fully built 1.7 liter
Supertech Pistons .40 over 8.8:1 CR
Eagle Rods
Cometic Head Gasket
ARP head studs
ACL bearing (whole motor)
3 angle valve job with Port & Polish
ATD Components Stage 1 Cams
New Valve springs and lifters
New water and oil pumps
Nuekin B6T Turbo Exhaust Manifold (Ported)
2.5 downpipe and catback
Hybrid IHI VJ11/T-Bird turbo
FMIC with custom piping
RocketMan's ECU (Thanks Matt)
HKS BOV.....

Thanks but I still have two other cars to work on (700whp Nissan 240sx race car and a Pontiac G8 GT) and my goal for this car is only 200whp. Maybe I'll upgrade the turbo when my SR23det 240sx back up and running again.

Here's the specs on the ATD Components Cams........

The stage 1 specs are as follows:
Intake : 252 Degree Duration @ 0 .010” 0.340” Lift
Exhaust : 250 Degree Duration @ 0.010” 0.328” Lift

Also have updated the parts list between the motor and car......

Those should give some nice flow. Idle will sound nice too. What's advertised duration, 0.010? Am I reading that right?

Never mind, reading it again makes it obvious, just strange.

Update on my turbo selection: After sending away my T-Bird turbo with a VJ14 back housing for a rebuild and a porting job, the person ended up sending a rebuilt T-Bird turbo with an uncracked VJ11(also unported) back housing due too some unknown personal problems. So I got to work and ported both the T-Bird compressor(mainly the inlet NO ridge, alittle on the outlet) and the VJ11 back housing and the widen the wastegate opening a good amount. Then I ended using some high temp paint, gold on the compressor housing and flat black on the VJ11 hotside.....

Well I came home from work and decided to finish up with the T-Bird turbo tonight........

OMG I just found out that my back housing is a vj14 from I guess a Mercury Capri XR2. I compared sizes next to my spare vj11 that I had in the garage. Should I keep the ported vj14 housing on their???

I guess after clearing up the backing housing situation (so0 it was my original housing...LOL), today I figure I'll finish up. I wasn't satisfied with the porting of the turbine housing, and with it only being a VJ14 housing I knew I had to do better for maximum exhaust flow. So I purchase a new die grinder with carbide bit and started working on it.......... and now the exhaust port & housing are qasket MATCHED. Next I ported and painted the 02 housing elbow, then painted the turbine brackets. I love Detail
