yeah i know it would be alot of work. it wasnt to difficult to make custom motormounts and ake sure everything was level and on track with teh festiva for a b6t. the engine mounting is the easy part. the rear suspention will be the beast. but im sure if i find a doner car and remove every piece of teh rear suspention it shoulnt be to hard. i mean dont get me wrong i know it will be a task but hey thats the fun right? so any one have a 4wd doner car to help the cause.

We mocked this up once, when we had a Festiva torn apart and a spare GTX rear subframe assembly lying around the garage. The subframe to body mount holes lined up on the Festivas uni-body rails, no problem, like it was meant for it. Just loose the gas tank and spare tire well. The bitch is going to be stuffing the tranny in along with a steering rack, etc... See if you can track down the guy in Canada that built the Ice Racer Aspire-GTX, I'm sure he's a fountain of knwledge.

          Good luck, Jon R.

you might want to consider using a miata rear suspension, it has the same strut mounts on the bottom as the festiva/aspire. that was what I was going to use before my aspire got totaled. I also have a set of 4wd front hubs you are going to need too. I have most of a miata setup as well.
