Megasquirt Noob, bare with me. (Gurus step inside)

I'm looking to Megasquirt the 323 very soon. I have a few questions though. Yes, I have looked around at some FAQs.

    1. Will it work with my "custom" harness? (626 harness to a BF dash harness)

    2. Do I need to wire anything in myself or could I buy it plug and play?

    3. I dont have a CEL with my KL31 ECU. Will that matter?

I'm still sort of confused as to what the MS needs to be wired into. Distributor, sensors, etc...?

Try not to yell too much. lol

i just finished wiring my 93 festiva with a BP+T for megasquirt. im running a full stand alone with its own custom wiring harness. im using miata 1.6l cas, igniter, coil pack, im using a 4 wire tps from a late 90's protege and gm iat and cts.

here is a build thread(not mine)

i know its a piece of crap... but im still faster...

Thanks man. That helps a little. The KL harness is a little different though. So when it comes to wiring in new sensors and such, that's what I need to find out.

You have to look at it this way:

If your KL is running off of a 92-95 KL ECU and harness, our kits will be plug and play. The MS replaces the ECU, so just match the car the ECU came out of with what we offer in terms of kits.

PM me if you have any more questions.
