What's this "aftermarket" of which you speak?

The GTX was hardly supported back in the day, and it's only gotten worse since then.

Get a bigger turbo, injectors and a stand alone system...open up the intake and exhaust flow then work on the suspension...should be good enough and readily available. The bottom ends on the B series motors are plenty strong. Otherwise buy a Subaru.

It's pretty limited, and sometimes, expensive. You'll have to search the forum for leads, or wait until someone posts some info in this thread.

Wiseco makes pistons up to at least .030 overbore, Flyin Miata makes all manner of aftermarket for both 1.6 and 1.8 engine, the Eagle Hbeam part number for the 1.8lbpt is 5233M3D, a fidanza flywheel for a 1.8l miata goes nicely with an ACT '93 MX6 clutch assy, all the miata cams will work if you convert to shims n buckets. I think Web cams still makes them for 1.6 and 1.8. RC makes injectors of various sizes that plug right in.
