B6T smoking and blowing oil

Hi
my mazda 323 blowing ton of oil.
I have changed the turbo i was thinking it was that but with oem that the same.
When i start the engine the morning , i have a f**king white fog behind my car i can't see the car behind me, and when cold blue smoke and more when i boost
i also check the pcv valve who was blocked by a dark mixture, i have clean it and test and that same...
when i throttle the car without the pcv valve i can see many compression coming out the pcv valve hose...
i was thinking about ring ?

Run a compression test on the cylinders, it will give you a better idea of what's going on.
