323 1988 whistling

Hey my 323 is whistling when I turn it on for a quick second. Then when I get up to 30-35mph or from 2nd grear to 3rd it whistles for like a few seconds and stops but then keeps on when I shift again. And then stops again... idk it might either be the belt or the wheel bearing. The sound comes from the passenger front side kind of where the belt is at... what do you guys think?

depends on what you are calling a " whistle" describing sounds sux without hearing it
