Engine Cleansing

Hi everyone, I picked up a GTX a while ago and it has been sitting still for a verrrryyy looonngg time. The engine is able to start up and idles fine. I even use it as my daily car. As I go thru the different parts of maintenance, like ignition, fuel and air...what sort of liquid or product could I feed the engine so that it helps break down any sludge or build-up inside of it? I have been using only 93 octane since I got it. Appreciate the help in advance!

run a quart of atf for a little while before a oil change?

bp swapped escort lx, gtr ecu, gtr intake manifold, A code VAF, rx7 460cc injectors, ky clutch, holset hy35 turbo on 8lbs, 38mm tial wastegate, ramhorn manifold, full 3 inch ss exhaust, walbro 255 fuel pump

would that be too much of a heavy duty substance to add in the engine? I am sure I don't have a sludge problem. Maybe I can give seafoam a try too!

yea try the sea foam first.
