I don't have a "local turbo shop" - where do you get your vj11 or vj14 rebuilt?

Title says most of what I'm asking. I live in a town of 2,000 in podunk Montana. What turbo shops would you recommend to rebuild a VJ11 or VJ14? I have a VJ11 sitting on the shelf I'd like to put in my '88 GT sedan since the stock has a blown seal somewhere (burns oil when spooled up too long).

Should I even check the two local diesel mechanics as I do live near a truckers' hub of sorts?

Can I buy a rebuilt and balanced VJ11 core and fix myself up a hybrid?

Any advice is appreciated since I've searched this site and haven't seen any real trustworthy definitive answer on where I can send a turbo in to get rebuilt.

I've heard good tbings about Dallas/Majestic turbo.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
