So, I go to start my GT finally. Engine cranks as soon as the key is in the on position, with or without clutch depressed (I do have the right wire to the solenoid). Car won't start either.

Just took the GT for a spin. I've been driving the GTX so much I forgot what it was like to have no traction. Haha, had lots of fun though.

picked up a E30 bumper, made to look like an E36 M3.
Scary how similar it fits to the GTX.
SO decided to go with it.

You know what, that may actually look pretty good when it's finished. I still need to find a bumper for my GTX. I'm going to hit the junk yard soon with a measuring tape, and see what would be close.

my bumper is from an 89 escort gt, and i think he meant COMETIC head gasket, not cosmetic, thats the type of gaskets i run on my 4 wheeler
