    heres whats up,


    i lined up the miata tranny with the car. first pic u can see where the front end of the tranny sits, there is a yardstick at the bottom of the tranny, it sticks out 21 inches which is plenty of room for the BP engine. it will leave me 3-4 inches of clearence between the rad support.
    second pic shows how the miata tranny shifter sits even or 1 inch back from the stock shifer, should be perfect

    similarities between transmissions, 1.8l GTX AWD left, 1995 Miata 1.8l RWD right
