The only other thing that comes to mind is to check the cam timing marks.

        im running stock boost now.
pick up a boost gauge aswell.

it still buzzes at me when i try to drive normally.
the only thing i can think of if the timing is not dead on.

any other reason why it would overboost?

Check your timing should be within 10-12 degrees. If mine is off it will bzzzzz at me. That's about the only time I have ever heard mine do it. Check for boost leaks if your having slow throttle response. The boost gauge being hooked up will help with alot of your problems.

I'm pretty sure the buzzer is strictly for overboosting issues. You have that boost controller in. It is more than likely causing the car to overboost a lot. Before disconnecting the overboost sensor, get rid of that boost controller all together or get a boost gauge and management. The buzzer/fuel cut is saving your motor as of right now. You can disconnect it in the engine bay, you just have to disconnect one plug. I wont tell you which one until you figure out your boost issues.

i took the boost controller off and am running stock boost.
yet it still cuts out and buzzes.

im going to get a timing light on it and see if im off.
