Luckily they have a Galant FSM at SPD so I flipped through that the other day.
The 276mm rotors are from a 1990.5-92 VR4.
The 266mm rotors came on all the 1989-90.5 models.
And the 256mm rotors came on the non-turbo 1990.5-92 and all the 1993 models.
************EDIT************
OK. I’ve searched thru 4-5 brake rotor catalogs and several other websites trying to figure out which Galant used what size rotor. This is what I’ve come up with. It might not all be correct when it comes to models and years as even different brake companies disagree. But I think I’ve got the part number vs OD info correct, so try to order by p/n if you can.

Brembo blank rotors cost about $35 each and http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/ offers free ground shipping. In the past I’ve used http://www.importrp.com/ and I also copied most of the Brembo model year info from their site.
The drilled or slotted rotors are about $140-150 a pair, a little expensive imho, but still cheaper than Powerslots. I think the slotted rotors might actually be grooved like Powerslots? And usually when the grooves are gone the rotor is at its minimum thickness.

Powerslot’s cryo’ed rotors are done by Frozen Rotors.
Frozen Rotors also does cryo’ed blank (Brembo?) rotors but I didn't find the p/n for the 266mm rotors.http://www.frozenrotors.com/products/frozen-rotors/ They’ll do your rotors for $56 per car rotor and $75 per truck rotor. And they’ll slot or drill your rotors for $45 per rotor per modification. If both cross drilling and slotting is desired, the cost is $60 per rotor.
