sweetness, are all those switches just for the lights?
and does anybody know what i have to do to get my fog lights to light up with out having to turn on the headlights? i hear all that is needed is a wire bypass/ re-routing of some sort... but i'm not sure...
and good job with everything else
if only my car could come along that quick

3 switches work lights the other 3 are waiting for a purpose.

I have no idea on the factory stuff for fogs.

So the tires are in and installed on the car.

        I love them.

I was mistaken before... They are 15" X 7" OZ rims. The 8" I posted before was that they are ballanced at on the machine.... ID (7" bead seal) vs OD (overall width)....

        I painted the rims.

        Metallic with ice blue pearl

        Preped and ready for paint.

Painted with a silver base then covered with a metallic layer, no color just liquid metallic flakes.

A close up of the metallic

Pearl added.... It killed a little of the metallic's richness and depth but I like the new look.
You can see some of the flop in this photo. It seems to range from a purple to a light blue then to a blue. The photos really don't do much for the colors.

I took the following in the dark using a flash or a white led light

I will have more pics later of them on the car.

I am going to a test and tune autocross Saturday and get to drive it at 10/10ths for the first time.... Can't wait.

              Update:

The car has ran very well. Placed about 5th constantly in the Detroit region autocross in STS class out of 30 something in the class.

The seats are the worst crap I have ever bought! I have rewelded the driver seat 3 or 4 times. It no longer reclines.

              Biggest problems:

Oil consumption under decel (thinking rings)

              Needs sway bars.

Fuel system is retarted... On hard turns it starves at a little over 1/2 a tank.

Had a crash with it and rebuilt the rear.
              link:

Car handles the same as before the wreck. Still chasing the same 3 cars. A BMW, Neon, and a 2 driver Subaru 2.5 RS

Heading out to Grattan Raceway Monday. WRM's autocross, taking a set of stock 5 spoke GT rims with Kuhmo Victoracers. Going to save what is left of the Azenis for the last couple Detroit races.

I am real happy with these tires. Depending on the surfaces where I have ran them, they have been set between 38 to 50 psi. They stick great and are mostly quiet for sprited "city" driving. They seem to wear real nice.

They have been to 2 track days and a dozen autocrosses or so. Maybe 4000 miles tops. It is a daily driver and it gets driven about 30% of the time, the rest goes to the to the Protege.

              A little of the life...

The last pic is a few weeks old... This is not the ride for rain.

A couple pics of the other daily driver, the Protege (at a recent rallycross)

The decals are permanent on it, makes for fun in the city.

A shot of scort on grid at a SVR event held at Dixey Speedway. All decals (but windshield) are magnents.

Just a thought, why has no one tried the newer second gen miata seats, I just got rid of my 03 miata, and it had some very nice seats, I'm going to try to get my hands on a pair to put in my hoopty( a 91 DX Prptege).
