Take the rear seat up 4 screws cover removed and then about 10-12 small Phillips screws two fuel lines and one electrical connector simple as that

if its a universal one sold at autozzone/advance/ and oreilys well the metal ring is a tad small and doesnt seal...

+1. Mine leaked like hell. Thought it might be just one, but all 3 i bought from the generic parts stores are all too small.
