I really dislike navigating Flickr, but I managed to find a photo I took on a friend's camera. I suck at anything photo related--I'm a point and shoot guy.

Thanks man. I'm not sure what camera I was using, but I enjoyed having something other than a phone for once. And I agree--when I put too much time into taking a shot, I get nothing.

It's at my porting guy's shop waiting for gaskets. I'm working on my ZX2 project right now, so the funds won't be there for a while.

A VJ20, and some other bits to go with it. However, I haven't forgot about your VF8 hybrid This purchase was just to get me in the door. I have a lot left to do on my zx2.

I'm sure most BP tuners will get a kick out of this:
I installed new Motorcraft plugs in January with a gap of .055" because I'm used to the Zetec gap and heat range. Little did I know it was .011" off the recommended gap. I recently installed a set of NGK copper plugs (oem spec) at the stock gap of .044" and added boot grease to the plug wires on the cap and plugs. Huge difference in response and power delivery. I think before, the stock coil was having trouble with the .055" gap and would break up at low rpm (especially taking off at stop lights).
I also had to replace a driver CV axle. At first I was convinced I could change just the outer boot and be done with it. Again, little did I know the boot installer tool was $137 special order from Autozone! Holy crap! I was dreading draining the fluid, as it was all fresh syncromesh. So a miracle happened. I was able to exchange the cv boot I bought at Autozone as credit towards the purchase of a CV axle, at PepBoys. The sales guy was pretty nice. I also bought a quart of synchromesh just in case I needed to use it.
To pull the axle, I decided to take the ball joint off and move it out of the way. After installation, the alignment feels off. I also have a clunk somewhere else in the suspension. Will find out more Monday.

Yeah Fords EDIS system and coils are very powerful and can take a surprising amount of gap. I let my plugs go on my 1.9 till they were somewhere around .080-.090 gap and I had no idea till I checked. I was surprised the engine ran with no hiccups like that, but there was difference in smoothness after I installed new plugs.

You do know that the outer CV joint will come off the shaft to change the boot, no special tools needed. Just need a hammer although I dont recommend using that method. 50% of the time the axle ends up clicking a short time after and then you have to replace the whole axle anyway in my experience. Anytime someone comes to me with a torn boot, I just tell them the risk, and recommend axle replacement.

I sent you a PM BTW
