    Wicked road hit

A while back, hit a rut in the road and it threw my alignment off. When I got to a place to inspect for any other damage, I was surprised. The "bump" bent my rim, threw the camber and steering wheel off, and popped my p/s wiper blade and headlight loose! Even a cluster bulb managed to hit the floor(not sure if it was just loose in the dash somewhere). I had a friend give me some of his old Escort stuff and set of front struts was in the pile. I swapped the p/s strut for peace of mind and not to wear tires or veer into traffic. I was shocked to see this!

Bent strut and top hat. All good for now until new struts can be afforded...

She took it like a champ; Love my BG!!!!!

That was a pretty good love tap...
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

thats enough to tweek the whole car. Are you running strut bars? front? back? they sure do help secure the unibody.

Got a front tie bar. The body was and should still be sound and solid; .001% rust on her. The strut and top hat gave. Everything still fits as it should, doors, hatch, hood, ect. She did me proud! I do have the ST sway bars and Mx3 tie bar. If the windshield cracked that would have made it extremely obvious. It was a rough one because it did crack the filler on the shaved rain gutters. Cars due to be re-finished(never happy with a lifetime warranty paint), so they will take care of it. Heck, the rim hardly bent. Since I trust the tires that were on the Enkeis, I switched the rims for the Altima with questionable tires.
