Is there a downside to removing the AC? Mine doesn't work, well it doesn't make cold air anyway. I live where it is wet a lot, so condensation builds inside the car from fall through springs. I know on some cars the AC system helps dry the air on defrost to combat this, is this true too on the Escort?
