        2.2 crank is not a drop in. You will need new pistons with the wrist pin moved up to clear the head.

                will it bolt to the 2.2 bottom end or are the oiling holes all wrong?

                    fe3 head bolts onto the F2, but the oil drain backs are located in the wrong area's.

                    there has been at least 1 person who has machined it, and done a hybrid fe3/f2t motor though. so its possible.


                    also, the VR6 springs are not a drop in upgrade. they require a little machine work. there slightyl larger then the recess on the fe3 heads. not a big deal, but something that should be mentioned.

                      ^ Correct! I think Ryan (bpt323) is going to buy all my FE3 parts minus the cams. Do you have an FE3N intake cam already?

                        yup. i have all the good's. im running the vr6 springs myself actually.

                        i just took some new pic's of the 626 too when i installed a new front grill. i should post a thread up here.
