Got the pistons and rings today! Crankshaft getting grounded to .010 for main and rod bearings. So I just ordered the ACL RACE bearing kit. Should have this block ready by next week
haha currently switchin phone companies so i cant send pics to my computer. and dont have a cable/ memory card. it IS however a tad bit smaller. but this should be no problem.

The pulleys you are making look sweet. You don’t really need the elastomer ring. The crankshaft pulley is not a true harmonic balancer. Best info I have seen is at this link . In the FAQ on unorthodox racing they say essentially the same thing. Almost certainly the crankshaft is internally balanced and the crankshaft pulley itself only needs to be balanced independently. The rubber on most crankshaft pulleys is to reduce noise and vibration with the driven accessories. You don’t need the rubber ring. To make a difference you would want the pulley to be made in 2 pieces.
