The meet is Saturday March 10th and they said they would start showing up around 1p to avoid the lunch crowds iirc. Its just for the one afternoon. Drive up and leave whenever you want. I think they are working on finding a decent place to get dynos run but I would rather compete in some sort of SPL Drag? Anybody have an SPL meter and know if Columbus has a 'noise ordinance'?

The plan for us in Cincinnati/NKY area was for us to meet at my work around 10-1030 and drive up to the Quaker Steak and Lube in Columbus. Yes it is their parking lot. They say it holds ~100 cars? It was asked that somebody start a 'parade route' coming up from Cincinnati. I volunteered my work parking lot since it is NE of Cincinnati and literraly .25 miles off of 71 so easy to find and easy to get back on the freeway.

The trip to QS&L from my work shows to be around 107 miles. Est time on roads according to google maps is 1hr47mins. I think we could make it there faster but depending on the group size it may actually take that long. I will bring my digital camera along to get some pics/videos of everybodys car rolling up the freeway. Should be fun. If you have 2-way radios, bring them along too.

If anyone wants too spread the word to feoa or whatever other forums that would be great. This is really starting to take good form and I'm pretty sure we'll have a good line formed for the trip up from cinci.

Dean I think that's a good idea about meeting in your works lots. It'll give us more room if we need in since it sounds like there's going to be a pretty good turnout of cinci ppl. It'll be better then trying to squeeze a bunch of cars in a gas station parking lot.

No **** man, im down in central KY and its ****in cold! and my damn car doesnt like the cold, well the belt squels for a bit on start up.... It should warm up a bit by then id hope, what happened 2 global warming???? lol

Pretty sure I won't make it there , my weekend off has been changed. I won't have my official schedule for that weekend until March 1st. This would've been a great motivation to get some work done on my LTS, especially the tunes. Oh well.
