    1989 Mitsubishi Mighty Max

    Should I get it? Basically I can have it for free. This is what I know.

    * 1989 Mitsubishi Pick-Up Truck
    * Fair Condition (See condition guide below)
    * 2.60L engine, 4 cylinders, manual transmission, weight 3750
    * 108k miles

    It drives great , the transmission is a 5-speed and does well.

    The driver's side seat-belt buckle doesn't seem to work, and it has an oil leak in the engine bay. Anybody know anything about these? I need something to tow around my Protege. It's not street legal!

      a free car is worth every penny in the long run... why are they getting rid of it. Personally, If I were them I would donate the truck for the tax write-off instead of handing it over to somebody I know.

        My friend has a 1989 Dodge Ram 50, same truck. He uses it every day for work, 120k miles, runs great, just slower than crap on a cold day...

            Actually I lied, it isn't free, more like $500, and it's been donated to a non-profit organization, it's been in their service for a while but they don't need a small pick-up truck anymore.
