I have been working on a Ford econoline 250 and thought the problem was a bad tps sensor. The input voltage was 4.9v and the output was low and at full throttle was only 1.3v. So after replacing it three times I am a little stumped since the problem is still their. Signal goes in but doesn't come out hight enough. Has anyone ever seen this? My only guess right now is maybe a short in the ecu.
