    iRacing Participation

    I've been a part of this 'game' for a couple of months now, and absolutely love it.

    PC based car racing simulator. Real tracks, real cars, pretty damn good physics, and wear models.

    Very fair competition. Not your Forza kind of crap of running each other off the road. You lose credibility if you do things like that. They put a lot of emphasis on real, clean racing.

    You can do oval racing, and roadcourse. I prefer road course perosnally, but oval is actually fun every now and then.

    Are you active in here? Wanna meet up and race together? We could get a club going or something. It is a subscription based effort, that if you actually LIKE racing, is well worth it.

    A few guys I autox with love it I just don't have a computer strong enough or the time to do it. Looks like fun though.

      Oh how I wish I had more bandwidth and less lag. I've been wanting in on this since it came out.

        Yeah know. I'm working with a wireless connection of 4.6mbps↓ and 5.8mbps↑. Turn my grafx setting down to the bare min, and usually play with 65-80fps. A freaking A6 Quad-Core 1.4Ghz processor laptop with 8GB ram... dude, my machine totally blows.. but it does the job. I occassionally get lag blips, but that's mostly because of my wireless connection.
