Got a Volvo 245 with a bunch of twist lock face to face contacts that never want to work very well, so I just tried smearing them with some thermal paste like you would use between a processor chip and its heatsink.
I figure it's got a lot of silver and aluminum in it, right? Time will tell, I guess. I did see an immediate improvement, but that could have been from handling it.
Anybody else have any ideas like that?
